When laying out the pattern for this dresser, I considered the point in space where the two front legs meet, which is about 16 feet above the top. From this imaginary point, the dividers between the drawers are radially drawn, making them concentric. This is not a mathematical effect that anyone would notice, but it made the construction of this piece much simpler, given that all the drawers are slightly curved.
