The depth of the boxes composing this work provide visual weight from a distance, while close in, hand-wrought textures on the surface –flowed bronze in the green parts, and machine-engraved flowing lines in the central piece–provide a tactile depth beyond the visual texture of the patinas. This piece can be hung in any orientation, and may be hung outdoors in a sheltered location.
